The company was founded by Mr. Sipho Madonsela, a Professional Engineer (Mechanical), Mr. Aubrey Mackenzie, a professional Engineer (Electrical), and Mr. Ian Loretz, a Professional Structural Technologist. In January 1998 Mr. Ian Loretz left the organization and was replaced by Mr. Burton Mhlanga who is a Civil Engineer.
