    I have been shopping @ OK Foods Strand for 2 years and every month I spent about R5000 @ the OK. I will never ever spend 1c @ OK again after the way management spoke to my husband with such language. Pathetic. The salads is pathetic because it is old salad that stand there for a long time which they try to sell, numerous times I went back for stuff I bought which wasn't packed in the bags. I am writing a letter to the local newspaper and telling everybody in the Strand/Gordon's Bay area NOT to go there after being talked to like rubbish. Not even a 1 star rating from me.

    I was looking for a number of a shop in the centre and was put through to Justine. I have always had great service at OK Foods Strand, but Justine was prepared to go that extra mile to get me the number. That's what I call service delivery! Justine is a great asset to the company. Congratulations, keep up the good work.
