  I am very very dissapointed in the manner that your company conducts is business. I brought my phone for repairs on the 04th Jan 2011 and was informed that it will be ready in a weeks time. To my suprise it was not to be. I then contacted your office three times in different occations and was informed by Jackie at switchboard that the phone is not yet ready and she will escalate it. Three times I was promised the same thing. When I called for the 4th time on the 26th Jan 2011, I spoke to the same lady to voice my concern. She bluntly refused to transfer me to the manager. I was called by a different lady who informed me that they are unable to fix my phone as I am impatient and threatened them, so I must come and fetch my hand set. Is this how your business conducts its daily activities by not contacting theis clients regarding progress on requests? Then I shudder to think that such a good business with a good reputation can be ruined by incompetent staff who shouts at their clients. I hope that people realise that doing business with you is just a waste of time as the will not be treated with the utmost respect and it questions your companies intergrity.   • FCS: There is always their story, your story and the right story! Really funny that you so conveniently not mentioning your real attitude in dealing with them a secret - poor me, just see how they treated me. Usually you only get shouted at when you start shouting!! I dealt with them in different situations a couple of times and have great admiration for their professionalism and competency. Keep it up there people - your are doing great.
