Focus Rooms was started two years ago as a training facility and due to the popularity of the venue and the location it was decided to market it as conference venue to corporates, PCO¿s and Agencies specializing in conferencing, training, meetings, launches, end of year functions, gala dinners and team building events.
Focus Rooms boast 10 rooms all named after planets with décor that is individualistic with a modern flair and includes an executive boardroom ideal for management meetings. The minimum seating is 4 people ideal for interviews and smaller meetings and our maximum seating is 300 cinema style. Each room, excluding Pluto and Earth can be configured into banquet, cinema, Ushape, doubleU, board room and school room and packages for the venues include airconditioning, screen, projector, flip chart, notepads, pens and individual sweets. Focus Rooms has an outside patio overlooking Sunninghill for sundowners and cocktails or breakfast meetings and lunch breaks which are set up outside. All our catering is outsourced and offers a change from the norm, no sandwiches at Focus Rooms but croissants, wraps, bagels with salmon filling to name but a few but there are various menus to choose from when booking your conference. Parking is free and there is 24 hour security on the property. Accommodation is not available on site but we have preferential rates with hotels in the area and assist our clients with their requirements including arranging transfers to and from Focus Rooms. Our day conference rates are competitive and include the venue, arrival snacks, mid morning tea / coffee break, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee break and all equipments.
