A privately-owned South African company - specialising in property development projects. Cranbrook actively seeks entrepreneurs, financiers and communities to participate in integrated business development projects, with the objective to improve the overall quality of urban living in South Africa. Key projects include: high value residential eco-estates, light industrial developments, commercial shopping centres, crushing and screening aggregate plants, pre-cast concrete manufacturing and municipal solid-waste facilities.

The Cranbrook story began in November 2003 when Cranbrook Investments (Pty) Ltd was established to create, facilitate and deliver investment opportunities for our diverse range of clients. It soon became evident that we had a key role to play in property projects and developments in South Africa. Cranbrook Property Projects (Pty) Ltd was subsequently launched in 2006 to focus specifically on construction projects to create sustainable residential developments, job opportunities and improve the overall quality of urban living. Our vision is to develop and integrate complimentary projects through a progressive modelling approach, in order to deliver sustainable business benefits. We believe that cost-effective, sustainable development can only be approached in a holistic and integrated manner and therefore invest in people, the planet and profit maximisation. We subsequently attract financial, technical, political and social investment to create market value and value-added benefits for our clients.
