Corobrik has its head office in Durban, with three regional offices in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town and 28 Corobrik Centres located country-wide, which together with Corobrik’s extensive network of independent accredited distributors provides Corobrik with a national presence to serve the needs of its target markets. Corobrik presently operates 15 factories, which together with Corobrik’s alliance partners, permits Corobrik to offer to its customers the complete spectrum of brick and paver options under the Corobrik brand. Our world is precious and we are committed to ensuring that our activities are based on sound sustainable environmental practices which adhere to the Minerals and Mine, Health and Safety Acts. NEVER USE COROBRIK
Bronwyn WainwrightUnfortunately, your lack of concern for your poor service, inefficiency and non delivery - while it may be acceptable to Cororbik is not acceptable to me as a paying customer . I received your invoice for paving bricks and delivery yesterday and paid it promptly with the understanding that I would receive the goods that I paid for this morning. After spending four hours dealing with phone calls and inefficiency, I am still waiting - which is costing me more money in labour time and phone bills - nevermind the frustration at paying massive delivery costs for items not delivered.
ADVICE: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BRICK COMPANY THAT WILL PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.
In my experience, Corobrik does not deliver, does not have regard for customer service and costs more money than they are worth.
