Socialising and getting to know each other forms a big part of what we do. Sheikh's Palace dinner-dance, pizza evenings, movie evenings, braais, Club 18 get together's are but a few events that have been planned. Because abortion is close to the committee's heart, we have designed "chooseLife" wristbands that raise awareness about abortion. These bands can be purchased from a Maronite Youth Committee member.

For a great variety of books, icons, posters, and rosaries, please visit our Repository. All proceeds from stock sold is used by the church for the church. Open 7 days a week and after masses. The "Maronite Youth Group" is comprised of active members of the community, between the ages of 16 and 35, who are involved in many activities within the parish, growing in unity spiritually and socially. We believe that when we pray together, we stay together and therefore have a variety of spiritual activities catering to each individual's preference. Praise and worship prayer meetings, JAM (Jesus And ME) sessions, retreats, youth Life in the Spirit seminars, as well as youth trips to Ngome, just to name a few. The youth has found great fulfillment in reaching out to the less fortunate community. We centre our charity drives around 3 focal areas, namely winter, Christmas and Easter drives. We often visit old age homes, visit the sick and children's homes.
